PVD Coating (Physical Vapor Deposition)

Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) is a vacuum deposition process used to deposit thin films of material onto various surfaces. Unlike chemical vapor deposition, PVD is purely a physical process that involves high-temperature vacuum evaporation and condensation, or plasma sputtering. This method provides a high-performance coating that enhances abrasion and corrosion resistance without requiring a chemical reaction on the coated surface.

PVD coatings, such as TiALN and TiN, are ideal for improving the wear resistance and extending the life of components in harsh operational environments.

KAIVANYA's expertise in combining advanced materials and processes ensures reliable, high-quality components for injection molding applications.
