Base Materials:

Screws are manufactured from high-performance materials to ensure strength and durability, including:

  • Nitroalloy steel (AISI 4340 NITRALLOY 135M)
  • Stainless steel (304, 316, 416, 17-4PH)
  • Tool steel
  • CPM tool steel
Hardening & Heat Treatment:

Our screws undergo advanced hardening and heat treatment processes to enhance their longevity and performance:

  • Toughening and tempering
  • Gas/Ion nitriding
  • Optional bimetallic coatings for added protection
We also offer special surface treatments such as hard nickel plating, chrome plating, PVD coatings, HVOF thermal spray, PTA weld overlay, and vacuum through-hardened screws for optimal wear resistance.
